Manufacturing Capabilities
Huaquan machines drawing-based components for electromechanical equipment, textile machinery and automation systems. Our Suzhou facility produces custom mechanical parts, from prototypes and small batches to repeat production.
Material Preparation &Process Planning
Plate production uses staged rough milling followed by finish milling. The first passes remove stock; the finishing passes establish the working faces.
For heat-treated sleeves, the route runs from rough machining through heat treatment, semi-finishing and final machining. The bore and outer surfaces are brought to their finished geometry after the intermediate operations.

CNC Turning, Milling &Turn-Mill Machining

CNC turning
Turning produces outside diameters, axial bores, shoulders and threads around the spindle axis. Our range includes stepped shafts, sleeves and disc components.

CNC milling
Milling forms pockets, slots and contoured faces on plate and block components. Drilling, reaming, counterboring and tapping complete the locating and fastening features.

CNC turn-mill machining
Turning establishes the main rotational geometry; milling adds off-axis features to the same component. This route produces shafts with milled features and discs with hole patterns.
Precision Grinding & Surface Finishing

Ground shafts
Cylindrical and centerless grinding finish the shaft surfaces. Ground-shaft production achieves surface roughness down to Ra 0.2 µm.
0.01 mm
Surface grinding controls opposing plate faces, with thickness tolerance within ±0.01 mm. The flat ground plate range reaches Ra 0.4 µm.

Production Equipment & Process Support
Support for long shafts
Our shaft machining uses a three-jaw chuck with tailstock-center support. This workholding arrangement addresses deflection and vibration during cutting, while carbide tools machine the supported workpiece.
A separate route for profiles
Wire-cutting equipment complements the shop's CNC machines and grinders. Electrical-discharge cutting removes material from conductive workpieces without using a rotating milling cutter.
Consistent locating references
We machine molds and fixtures alongside mechanical components. Sleeve production uses common datum references between operations to maintain the relationship between the bore, outer diameter and end faces.
Product-Specific Manufacturing Capabilities
Sleeves & bushings
Turned sleeves are produced with bore-to-outer-diameter coaxiality of 0.01–0.015 mm and end-face perpendicularity of 0.01–0.02 mm.
Plates & mounting parts
Machined plates cover thicknesses from 2 to 150 mm. Applications include textile-machine base plates, automation tooling substrates and inspection-platform components.
Shafts with milled features
Keyways, flats and splines are machined to ±0.01 mm. Recessed features require cutter access; groove depth, width and internal radii determine the tool path.
