OEM & ODM CNC Machining
Custom mechanical components for textile machinery, automation equipment and electromechanical assemblies. Work from a finished design or develop a part with Huaquan's engineering team.
Customization Options

Geometry & assembly features
Customize overall dimensions, stepped diameters and hole patterns, together with threads, grooves and mounting faces. Define the mating features for shaft-to-sleeve connections, locating pins and bolted assemblies.
Material grade & finish
Choose from 6061/7075 aluminum, 303/304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and engineering plastics. Finish options include anodized aluminum, passivated stainless steel, zinc-plated steel, and polished or blasted surfaces.
Identification & packaging
Include required part markings, their location and any no-mark surfaces in your specification. Packaging options include unbranded packs, individual surface protection and reinforced wooden cases for heavier components.

Drawing Review & Engineering Support
Align the technical files
We cross-check drawing and model revisions, units and dimensional callouts. Conflicting requirements are returned to your team for a corrected file or written clarification.
Review function-critical features
Identify the datums, bearing seats and locating features that require close dimensional or geometric control. Add the mating-part details, operating loads and service conditions so the review addresses how the component will fit and work.
Resolve machining constraints
Our manufacturability feedback covers internal corner radii, deep pockets, thin walls and tool access. Proposed geometry or tolerance changes are submitted for your approval before they enter the machining plan.
Prototype Development & Sample Approval
Build the sample
Sample manufacture starts from the agreed development version. Before cutting, define whether the trial checks geometry only or must also reproduce the final material and surface condition.
Check it in the assembly
We check sample dimensions against the specified acceptance points; your team verifies fit and function in the intended assembly. Return measured deviations and annotated photos against the affected features.
Approve for production
Resolve trial findings through a design revision or machining correction, then repeat the affected checks. Release the accepted sample, final drawing and acceptance requirements together for batch production.

Batch Production & Repeat Orders
Retain the production setup
The released job package carries the approved requirements into manufacturing. We retain drawings, tooling information and machining parameters so repeat work starts from the established setup.
Coordinate manufacture & dispatch
We coordinate production progress with the order quantity, packing requirements and dispatch date. Identify split shipments and separate part quantities at order placement so production and delivery follow the same schedule.
Keep revisions separate
Reference the previous order and current part revision on each repeat purchase order. Identify every specification change; a revised part needs its own confirmation rather than inheriting the previous sample approval.
