Processing size and accuracy standards

 

We mainly process all kinds of precision small and long metal machined parts, shaft components and other electronic hardware accessories; their diameters range from 4.0 mm to 120.0 mm, and the length can be up to 240 mm.

 

For small parts, the dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.015 mm and the surface roughness can be maintained between Ra0.8 and Ra1.6 μm.

 

For larger parts, the outer diameter tolerance can be controlled within 5 μm, and the length tolerance can be maintained within ±5 μm.

Processing methods of eccentric parts and cam parts

 

When processing eccentric shafts and cam parts, the processing process can usually be completed in two stages, using lathes and milling machines respectively.

 

With the customer's consent, the contour shape of the cam can be adjusted to a circular shape. In this case, an eccentric clamp can be used to complete the processing by performing two operations on the lathe; this method significantly improves processing efficiency while ensuring processing accuracy.

 

For cam parts with more complex contour shapes, we will use a CNC milling machine equipped with an end mill for processing. The processing program will be compiled based on the cam profile curve to ensure that the cam profile of the final product fully meets the customer's design requirements.
