Precision Shaft Machining
Product Application
Our company's Precision Shaft Machining are primarily used in various types of mechanical equipment to support gears, pulleys, and other components, helping the equipment achieve power and motion transmission. Shaft products are typically longer than their diameter and generally consist of concentric outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, inner holes, threads, and end faces.
Available Materials and Surface Treatments
The materials used for shaft parts include aluminum alloy, copper alloy, stainless steel, and other materials.
Available surface treatment processes include heat treatment, passivation, anodizing, electroplating, sandblasting, etc.

Processing Accuracy
Our company's precision shaft processing products exhibit high dimensional accuracy:
Dimensional tolerances are controlled within 0.01–0.02 mm.
The coaxiality error of parts does not exceed 0.02 mm.

Processing Challenges and Solutions
Deformation and vibration are common issues in shaft machining.
To address these challenges, we use a three-jaw chuck with tailstock center clamping for secure fixation. Carbide tools are employed during processing, and CNC lathes are programmed using G/M codes. Additionally, we ensure the shape and positional accuracy of parts through precise inspection.
Surface Quality
The surface roughness of shaft parts ranges from Ra 0.8 to Ra 1.6 μm. The products have a high surface finish, excellent wear resistance, and stable performance.

Application Scenarios
Our company's Precision Shaft Machining are suitable for mechanical assemblies that require high precision and excellent wear resistance.
