Core Advantages
Controlled Channel Clearance
Groove width tolerances of ±0.03 mm and depth tolerances of ±0.02 mm limit variation in the space available for a mating element. In channels that guide a sliding component or locate an insert, this reduces the spread of clearances attributable to groove machining across nominally identical assemblies.
Aligned Multiple Grooves
Parallel and intersecting grooves are machined from a common setup where tool access permits. When several guides or locating elements share one component, their relationships are established without relocating the workpiece between each groove, reducing the contribution of repeated setup error.
Smooth Seal-Contact Surfaces
Precision sealing grooves can be polished to Ra 0.8 µm. During seal insertion and seating, the finer contact surface reduces abrasive contact with prominent machining marks along the channel. The finished texture is specified on the surfaces that actually contact the seal.


Customization Capabilities
We manufacture groove milling parts from technical drawings or physical samples. The confirmed cross-section establishes the cutter form and programming sequence, followed by the specified edge treatment and surface finishing. Changes to the part definition are agreed before machining starts.

Quality Control
- Incoming stock is checked against the ordered grade, dimensions, hardness and material documentation. The drawing revision and process instructions accompany the machining order so that material selection and the channel definition remain linked throughout production.
- First-article inspection covers the complete groove cross-section, spacing and transitions. Subsequent sampling checks for changes as cutters wear, while surface inspection looks for tool marks, raised edges and trapped chips that dimensional readings alone do not describe.
- Every finished part receives an appearance and key-dimension inspection before packing. Measurement records are retained against the part and order, and third-party inspectors can verify the finished components before shipment.
