With 17 years of precision hardware processing experience, we customize dedicated milling tooling for various L-shaped, T-shaped and special-shaped CNC machined brackets, adopting integrated one-piece milling instead of secondary welding to eliminate common industry defects such as welding deformation and reduced load capacity. Layered rough and finish milling during processing prevents warping of support planes, ensures precise mounting hole position tolerance, and enables uniform load distribution on finished brackets that resist loosening and deformation under long-term operation.

Quality Control

 

A five-level quality control process is implemented for CNC machined brackets:

  1. Raw material incoming inspection to verify material certificates and hardness indicators;
  2. Full CMM inspection of support surfaces, mounting holes and bending angles for first articles;
  3. Sampling re-inspection every 30 pieces during mass production to replace worn cutters and correct dimensional drift timely;
  4. Manual deburring and edge trimming of semi-finished products;
  5. 100% full inspection of appearance and load-bearing benchmark dimensions before packaging.

 

Complete quality inspection ledgers are fully retained, and third-party on-site sampling is supported. All finished goods carry a three-month warranty; products failing precision standards due to machining are reworked free of charge to minimize after-sales communication for agents.

 

Packaging & Transportation

 

Export-standard customized packaging solutions are adopted: small CNC machined brackets are individually wrapped and separated by pearl cotton; large bulk items are lined with thick shockproof foam and sealed with reinforced solid wooden outer cases to prevent bumps and scratches during ocean shipping. Logo-free neutral packaging can be customized to support agents' private brand distribution. Two trade terms are available for transportation: EXW factory pickup and DDP delivery to customer-specified warehouses. Real-time production photos and packaging videos are shared throughout manufacturing, with tracking numbers sent immediately after shipment. If damage is discovered upon receipt, replenishment and compensation solutions can be quickly negotiated based on on-site photos, alongside optimized buffer packaging structures to prevent repeated similar damage.
