With 17 years of deep experience in precision CNC machining, we independently developed milling processes compatible with multiple materials and mass-produce CNC machined plates all year round. Each plate directly serves as the benchmark board for automated equipment and the bearing substrate for tooling fixtures. Ordinary plates on the market commonly suffer from flatness deviation, obvious tool marks on surfaces and excessive burrs on edges and corners. In contrast, we optimized tool paths for CNC machined plates, adopted layered rough and finish milling, and matched with dedicated surface grinding procedures. The flatness tolerance of finished products is stably controlled within ±0.02mm, with smooth surfaces free of tool joint marks, requiring no secondary grinding by customers before assembly.

Covering a factory area of 1,600 ㎡, we are fully equipped with CNC milling and surface grinding machines. Our monthly production capacity can steadily fulfill 3,000–3,500 drawing orders. Whether agents require small trial batches or end equipment manufacturers place long-term mass repeat orders, we guarantee stable supply of CNC machined plates. Standard specifications are delivered within 7–12 days, while customized models are completed in 10–15 days. Overseas purchasers who have cooperated with us for years feedback that the assembly matching rate of our plates is far higher than peers, significantly reducing rework costs for complete machine assembly.

CNC machined plates are mainly used for frame base plates of textile machinery, non-standard automation tooling substrates, benchmark platforms for testing instruments, new energy fixture backing plates, mold bearing fixing plates and motor mounting bases. Many textile equipment manufacturers in the Yangtze River Delta and North American automation purchasers place long-term orders. Relying on high-precision benchmark surfaces, our plates ensure complete equipment runs without deviation over long periods.

Founded in 2008, our factory employs over 40 permanent production staff with standardized dust-free processing workshops managed by zones. All CNC processing equipment operates in two 12-hour shifts around the clock. We hold multiple patented technologies for precision machining. Unlike small workshops, all production is completed with our own equipment without outsourced processing. The entire production flow of CNC machined plates from raw material cutting to finished goods is independently controlled.

We have established dual domestic and North American sales channels, maintaining regular communication with overseas purchasing agents. We are familiar with export packaging and cross-border delivery standards, supporting EXW and DDP trade terms to provide one-stop service for overseas customers throughout the shipping process.

Full-spec OEM/ODM customization based on drawings and physical samples is supported for CNC machined plates. Length, width, thickness, hole layout and surface treatment can all be adjusted on demand. The minimum order quantity is only 10 pieces. Multiple plates of different sizes can be combined into one production batch to lower trial order and stocking pressure for agents. Custom samples are delivered within 10 days, with only material costs charged and international logistics borne by customers. Long-term cooperating agents enjoy tiered volume discounts for large orders. We also store dedicated processing process files for agent-specific models, eliminating repeated drawing verification for subsequent repeat orders and drastically shortening delivery cycles.

Our factory has passed quality management system certification. Each batch of CNC machined plates is delivered with an internal quality inspection report with complete key dimension test data archived. Our production fully complies with domestic environmental protection standards, with unified recycling of production waste. We can provide compliant production statements for overseas customers. Third-party on-site inspections, coordinate coordinate measuring machine (CMM) testing and dimensional sampling are fully supported. All products come with a three-month warranty. Products with dimensional deviation or surface process defects caused by machining can be reworked free of charge, delivering reliable quality assurance for overseas agents.
