Product Accuracy and Quality Control
Our surface-ground parts have extremely smooth surfaces with surface roughness up to Ra0.1–0.8 μm. Flatness error is strictly controlled within the range of 0.002–0.01 mm per 100 mm length. Parallelism, perpendicularity and other dimensional and geometric tolerances are in-line with national standards and can meet customers' specific requirements.
During the machining process, we strictly control the clamping accuracy and carefully adjust the grinding parameters. This effectively avoids problems such as workpiece deformation and surface burns. The surface of the finished product is smooth and even, without scratches, burrs or other defects.
