CNC Turned Components
Product Application and Applicable Scenarios
Our CNC Turned Components are primarily used in basic transmission and connection applications. They are suitable for a wide range of industries, including general machinery, hardware accessories, and agricultural equipment, and can meet the essential functional needs of these sectors.

Processing Technology and Accuracy Standards
We use advanced CNC lathes for processing, which can efficiently produce conventional structural parts such as shafts, rods, sleeves, and threaded components. The dimensional tolerances of these parts are controlled within the range of ±0.01 to ±0.05 mm, which is sufficient to meet the standard requirements of non-precision applications.

Base Material Selection and Processing
We carefully select cost-effective and practical base materials, including medium-carbon steel (45# / AISI 1045), Q235 carbon steel, and standard stainless steel. Medium-carbon steel offers an excellent balance of strength, toughness, and wear resistance, and can be heat-treated for higher hardness, making it ideal for shafts, gears, and other machinery components.
Key machining processes-such as cutting, turning, end-face machining, tapping, and chamfering-are performed efficiently to ensure precision and consistency. With full-scale production capabilities, we can handle both small-batch and mass production while ensuring short lead times.
Depending on customer requirements, the surfaces of our CNC-turned components can be blackened, galvanized, or spray-coated, providing both corrosion protection and an attractive finish.
Customized Services and Quality Assurance
We offer flexible customization services for standard turned parts to meet the diverse and specific needs of our customers. Commonly used materials include medium-carbon steel (45# / AISI 1045), aluminum alloys, and brass. Our basic structural machining capabilities cover outer diameters, inner holes, and thread processing, with part sizes ranging from just a few millimeters up to several hundred millimeters.
Without the need for costly custom molds, we can quickly accommodate design changes and sample adjustments, supporting both rapid prototyping and efficient mass production. All CNC-turned components undergo strict quality inspections using vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure dimensional accuracy and assembly readiness.
Our parts are widely used across industries such as automated production lines, furniture hardware, and fitness equipment, delivering flexible, reliable, and efficient support for a variety of applications.
