Controlled Mating Sizes
Mating component dimensions are machined to ±0.02 mm. Where a locating block seats within a support body, controlling both members against their assigned sizes limits variation at the joint rather than depending on fastener clearance to establish the fit.
Shared Assembly References
Related components are produced to a common assembly datum scheme. When a locating block, bushing and support body must align across an interface, their features refer back to the same assembly references instead of a sequence of unrelated edge measurements.
Purpose-Built Connection Elements
Bushings and locking washers are supplied alongside the main machined members. At a bolted joint that requires a defined spacing or bearing element, the assembly can use a dedicated component for that function rather than forcing the bracket body to serve every interface role.

We manufacture bracket component sets from the approved assembly drawing and individual part details. Each member follows its own machining route, while the set is coordinated around the released bill of materials and assembly definition rather than separate, disconnected part orders.

Quality Control
- Material checks are performed for each component type before machining. The production documents identify the part number and revision of every member so that similar-looking variants are not treated as interchangeable during inspection.
- First-article checks include individual dimensions and an assembly-fit check of the related components. In-process sampling covers complete sets, with attention to aligned holes and mating contact areas rather than inspecting an isolated member only.
- Before packing, every member receives final inspection and the set quantity is reconciled with the order. Inspection results remain linked to the relevant component and lot, and third-party inspectors can examine the set before shipment.
