Shafts Parts with Milled Features
Processing Technology and Precision
Our shaft parts with milled features are manufactured using high-precision CNC milling technology. The shaft body and its custom milled structures are formed in a single operation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Dimensional tolerances on keyways, flats, splines, and other critical shaft features are maintained within ±0.01 mm, while the shaft surface achieves a smoothness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, ensuring seamless integration and reliable performance with transmission components.

Materials and Processing Technology
The main body of the Shafts Parts with Milled Features is made of high-quality alloy steel. We perform quenching and tempering heat treatment on the shaft body, and then perform surface nitriding, chromium plating and nickel plating. After the above treatment, the hardness of the shaft body can reach HRC 38–42. It has excellent fatigue resistance and wear resistance, fully meeting the stringent requirements of long-term use.

Core Product Advantages
The integrated milling structure brings significant advantages. It eliminates the accumulated errors caused by traditional assembly processes, thereby increasing transmission efficiency by more than 15%. Compared with the traditionally processed shaft body, its transmission performance is superior, which not only effectively reduces the failure rate, but also ensures that the operation of the equipment is more stable and reliable.

Application Fields And Value
Our milling spindles are designed for demanding applications. They are widely used in fields such as precision machine tools, automation equipment, and robot joints that have extremely high requirements for transmission accuracy and stability. As key components of the core mechanical system, they provide precise and reliable power transmission support, thereby ensuring the normal and stable operation of the equipment.
