Product Materials and Machining Precision
Our agricultural machinery parts are made from high-toughness alloy steel, wear-resistant cast iron, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. All material selections are perfectly suited to the needs of farmland operating environments.
For core components such as rotary tiller blades, seed rollers, and header attachments, we provide customized material solutions.
For components that need to penetrate the soil, we use 65Mn spring steel, which undergoes overall quenching treatment, giving it extremely high resistance to bending and fracture.
For components that come into direct contact with straw and grains, we use polished, wear-resistant steel to effectively reduce entanglement and jamming.
For agricultural machinery components that require long-term outdoor storage, we apply electrophoretic coating and powder coating treatments to provide superior corrosion protection. These processes effectively resist degradation caused by humid environments as well as exposure to acidic and alkaline soils, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.
We employ CNC precision turning, laser cutting, and precision grinding processes to ensure that key dimensions fully conform to drawing requirements and that the surface roughness meets the standard of Ra ≤ 1.6 μm; this not only guarantees assembly accuracy but also ensures perfect compatibility between parts and various agricultural machinery components.

Through processes such as carburizing, quenching, and nitriding, we significantly improve the overall performance of core load-bearing components, achieving a high hardness standard of HRC 50–58.
As a result, its wear resistance is improved by more than 50% compared to ordinary machined parts, ensuring that the parts can withstand more than 12 hours of continuous high-load operation per day during peak agricultural seasons, while also significantly reducing the replacement frequency of vulnerable parts.
Given the unique working conditions of agricultural machinery in the field, we have thickened and reinforced the parts, significantly improving their impact resistance and effectively eliminating the risk of deformation or breakage during operation. For precision components such as the sowing and fertilization systems, we strictly control processing accuracy to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of sowing and fertilization, thus meeting the planting and harvesting needs of crops such as wheat, rice, and corn.
