Therefore, we have established a special quality control process for large parts, and strictly control every link from raw material flaw detection to final product inspection. Our large CNC turned parts mainly serve heavy industrial fields with special requirements for part size and strength. In the shipbuilding industry, we can produce core components such as marine engine crankshafts, transmission shafts and flanges. In the wind power equipment industry, we provide wind turbine tower connectors, gearbox shaft parts, generator bases, etc. In the mining machinery industry, we process wear-resistant parts such as crusher main shafts, rollers and gears. In the metallurgical equipment industry, we produce parts used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments such as rolls, transmission shafts and couplings. Our factory is equipped with multiple professional large CNC lathes and supporting processing equipment, which are specially used for the processing and production of large parts. The factory has a 1600-square-meter standardized production workshop, in which a special large part processing area is divided, equipped with heavy lifting equipment, which can easily handle large workpieces weighing up to 500kg.

We have an experienced technical team for large part processing, among which many technicians have more than 15 years of heavy machinery processing experience and can solve various processing problems of large and complex parts. The monthly production capacity of the factory can reach 3000-3500 drawings, of which large parts account for more than 30%, which can meet various customer needs from small-batch trial production to mass production. We strictly abide by local environmental protection regulations, and all large processing equipment is equipped with complete dust removal and noise reduction systems to achieve green production.

We have established a special production management system for large parts to ensure that orders are delivered on time and with quality. For standard large turned parts, our production cycle is 10-15 days; for customized large turned parts, the production cycle is 15-20 days. For repeat customers, we will stock commonly used raw materials in advance to further shorten the delivery time.

During the production process, we will arrange an exclusive order follower to update the production progress daily and regularly send customers processing photos and videos of large parts. For particularly important orders, we will also invite customers to the factory for intermediate inspection. We have a complete production exception handling mechanism, which can timely solve various problems arising in the production process and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

We attach great importance to the packaging and transportation safety of large parts, and formulate special packaging plans according to the size, weight and shape of the parts. For large shaft parts, we use wooden brackets and steel belts for fixation to prevent bending and collision during transportation. For large flanges and box parts, we use wooden boxes for packaging, and fill with shockproof foam and rust-proof paper to ensure that the parts are not damaged during transportation.

We support EXW and DDP trade terms and can provide customers with door-to-door transportation services. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with many professional heavy logistics enterprises, which can provide customers with the most economical and fastest transportation solutions. If the product is damaged during transportation, we will assist the customer to take photos and collect evidence as soon as possible, contact the logistics to verify the responsibility, and provide the customer with replenishment, rework or compensation services according to the negotiation results.
