Raw Materials and Core Characteristics

Our Renewable Energy Parts are made from aerospace-grade aluminum alloys, high-strength carbon fiber composites, weather-resistant alloy steel, corrosion-resistant coated stainless steel, high-conductivity copper alloys, and engineering plastics with excellent insulation properties. The use of these materials enables lightweight design. These renewable energy components can withstand extreme temperature differences from -50°C to 150°C and adapt to harsh outdoor environments with strong ultraviolet radiation and high humidity. Furthermore, the products possess long-term corrosion resistance, ensuring efficient power transmission and safe equipment operation.

Processing Technology and Compatibility

We manufacture our Renewable Energy Parts using advanced processes such as five-axis precision machining, 3D printing, and laser welding. The tolerance of key dimensions can be controlled within ±0.008 mm, and the surface roughness can reach Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. These products can precisely meet the installation requirements of core components such as the "three-electric" systems of new energy vehicles, photovoltaic bracket adjustment mechanisms, wind turbine gearboxes, and energy storage device cell carriers. In addition, we apply special processes such as one-piece molding, carburizing, and quenching to strengthen the component structure and optimize the overall performance of the product.

Quality Standards and Service Advantages

Our entire product range is manufactured in strict compliance with new energy industry standards, including ISO 15118 and IEC 61400. We perform comprehensive testing-such as salt spray testing, high- and low-temperature cycling, vibration and shock testing, and flame retardancy testing-to ensure our products meet the stringent requirements of new energy equipment for safety, stability, and long-term durability.

We support standardized mass production and customized R&D services, enabling us to precisely machine special components with irregular structures, complex internal cavities, and precision interfaces based on customer-provided drawings. Our Renewable Energy Parts are widely used in applications such as charging piles, hydrogen fuel cells, and concentrated solar power generation devices.

Our entire production process adheres to both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 dual management system standards. We employ environmentally friendly processing techniques, committed to reducing energy consumption and waste emissions, thus aligning closely with the low-carbon development philosophy of the new energy industry. Our renewable energy components focus on high efficiency, safety, reliability, and energy saving, aiming to help new energy companies improve equipment efficiency, extend service life, and reduce costs, thereby contributing to the development of the clean energy industry.
