Our Automotive Machined Parts are made from high-quality materials, including mold-grade alloy steel and high-strength engineering plastics. We utilize advanced precision equipment and processes, such as machining centers and wire EDM (WEDM) technology. Key dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.015 mm, and surface roughness (finish) reaches Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. These characteristics fully meet the stringent requirements for mold consistency and sealing in automotive parts production.

The surface of our precision-machined automotive parts undergoes vacuum hardening and nitriding processes to achieve a hardness of HRC 58–62.
