Material Selection

Our Textile Machinery Parts are all made from high-quality materials, perfectly suited for textile production environments. For high-speed transmission components, we use high-strength alloy steel (40CrNiMoA); after tempering, the tensile strength of this material can reach over 980 MPa, ensuring the structural stability of the components under high-speed operation.

For components that directly contact yarn and fabric, we use wear-resistant stainless steel (304/316L) and self-lubricating engineering plastics (POM/PA66). These Textile Machinery Parts are polished and coated with PTFE (Teflon), with a friction coefficient controlled below 0.08, effectively preventing yarn scratches and pilling, while ensuring a smooth and flat fabric surface.

For components specifically designed for dyeing and finishing equipment, we use acid and alkali-resistant alloy materials, which can resist long-term corrosion from dye liquor, thus significantly extending the service life of the components.

Processing Technology and Performance Optimization

We use CNC milling, turning, precision grinding, and gear honing processes to process components, ensuring that the accuracy of key dimensions fully meets the tolerance requirements specified in the customer's drawings.

Given the typical operating conditions of frequent start-stop and continuous operation in textile machinery, we have comprehensively optimized the performance of our components. These Textile Machinery Parts undergo surface treatment processes such as high-frequency quenching and nitriding, achieving a hardness of HRC 58–62, resulting in superior wear resistance compared to ordinary machined parts.

For core transmission components, we employ a lightweight design paired with high-precision bearings, effectively reducing energy consumption and operating noise; the operating noise level is controlled below 65 dB.

Furthermore, we can provide customized design services for specific components such as carding machine needle plate holders and winding machine yarn guides. These customized components are perfectly adapted to the processing requirements of various fibers, including cotton, linen, silk, and synthetic fibers, and can achieve seamless integration with existing equipment.

Quality Assurance and Service Advantages

Our entire production process strictly adheres to the ISO 9001 quality management system standard and meets all requirements of the textile machinery industry standard (FZ/T 90001). From raw material inspection and processing monitoring to finished product delivery, we implement comprehensive testing, covering 3D coordinate measurement, dynamic balancing testing, abrasion resistance testing, and temperature resistance testing (-20°C to 120°C) to ensure consistent product quality.

We also support standardized mass production and customized manufacturing, capable of high-precision machining of complex and irregularly shaped parts, and even precision interface components, based on customer drawings. This capability allows us to fully meet the various functional upgrade needs of intelligent textile machinery.

The core advantages of our products lie in their high-speed adaptability, abrasion resistance, durability, and transmission precision; these advantages not only help textile companies effectively reduce equipment maintenance costs, improve production efficiency and product yield, but also powerfully promote the intelligent and efficient development of the textile industry.
