Our Industrial Equipment Parts are manufactured using high-quality alloy steel, high-strength cast iron, wear-resistant copper alloys, engineering ceramics, and other industrial-grade materials. We provide customized material solutions for specific equipment operating conditions. For heavy-duty applications, we use tempered 42CrMo alloy steel with a tensile strength exceeding 1080 MPa. In corrosive environments, we use 304/316L stainless steel, whose acid and alkali resistance fully meets the requirements of chemical and environmental protection equipment. For high-speed transmission applications, we use high-strength aluminum alloys, achieving both lightweight design and high rigidity.

Processing Technology and Applicability
Our products are manufactured using advanced processes such as CNC milling, turning, precision grinding, and plasma spraying. Key dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.01 mm, while surface roughness is maintained at Ra ≤ 1.6 μm.
These components are precisely engineered to meet the installation requirements of critical assemblies-including gearboxes, drive shafts, hydraulic systems, and guide rails-ensuring accurate power transmission and smooth, reliable operation.
Product Durability and Quality Assurance
Product durability and reliability are optimized from the design stage. Components undergo a range of advanced surface treatments, including high-frequency quenching, carburizing, and nitriding, achieving hardness levels of HRC 55–60. This results in over 40% greater wear resistance compared to conventional machined parts.
Our industrial equipment components are designed to perform in extreme temperature conditions ranging from -40°C to 120°C and are capable of sustaining up to 720 hours of continuous heavy-duty operation, with a failure rate of less than 0.1%.
