Quality Control

 

Quality is the lifeline of CNC shafts. We have established a strict special quality control system for shaft parts to ensure that every product meets customer requirements. We are equipped with professional shaft testing equipment, including coaxiality testers, circular runout testers, hardness testers, roughness meters, three-coordinate measuring instruments and dynamic balancers, which can comprehensively and accurately test various dimensional and performance indicators of CNC shafts.

 

Our quality control process covers the entire production cycle. First is raw material inspection: all incoming raw materials are subject to strict material certificate review and sampling inspection to ensure that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of raw materials meet the requirements. Second is process document control: processing processes are formulated in strict accordance with customer drawing requirements, and process documents are unified to ensure the consistency of the processing process. Then is in-process inspection: the first article inspection and hourly patrol inspection systems are implemented, focusing on testing key dimensions of shaft parts such as diameter, length, coaxiality and circular runout, to timely discover and solve quality problems in the production process. Finally is final product inspection: all CNC shafts are 100% fully inspected before packaging to ensure zero-defect delivery of products. We also accept inspection by third-party inspection institutions designated by customers to provide you with additional quality assurance. We provide a three-month warranty period for all CNC shafts. If there are quality problems during the warranty period, we will replace or repair them for you free of charge.

 

Production and Delivery

 

We have an efficient production management system and stable production capacity, which can ensure the on-time and quality delivery of CNC shaft orders. For standard CNC shafts, our production cycle is 7-12 days; for customized CNC shafts, the production cycle is 10-15 days. For long-term cooperative repeat customers, we will stock commonly used raw materials and semi-finished products in advance to further shorten the delivery time, and the fastest delivery can be completed within 5 days.

 

Our monthly production capacity can reach 3000-3500 drawings, of which shaft parts account for more than 35%, which can meet various customer needs from small-batch trial production to mass production. During the production process, we will arrange a dedicated person to follow up each order, update the production progress daily, and regularly send customers pictures and videos of the production process, so that customers can know the order status in real time. We have established a complete production exception handling mechanism, which can timely solve various problems arising in the production process and ensure on-time delivery of orders. We can also arrange urgent production for you according to your urgent needs to meet your delivery time requirements to the greatest extent.
